As Law has stamp approved this classic steak house (his blog), we went for a test.

The rib eye is great where Mabs' Pork Chop New York cut is even better (in terms of price/quality)!  The waiter told us that the pork is imported from Australia and not much hotels are getting this kind of meat.  It's so tender that I thought it was "tenderized"!  But the taste is still so "pork" and no trace of meat tenderizer!  For HKD 160, it's GOOD!!!  Besides the rib eye and pork chop, the "fresh crab meat cream soup and escargot are pretty good!

Share: Escargot & garlic bread.  Great escargot source and not oily.
JKL: Onion soup & rib eye.  Note that the onion soup has a light touch of cream.
Mabs: Minestrone soup & pork chop.
Dad: Fish chowder & rib eye.
Mom: Fresh crab meat cream soup & prawns salad.
Desert: Baked Alaska.
