2nd time to this Chinese restaurant and first time for dinner.  Ordered whole winter melon shark's fin soup, soya-source chicken, tiger prawns, tiger cod in two dishes + veggies.  I found the whole winter melon shark's fin soup (HKD 298) pretty interesting (never tried this combination before), great soya-source chicken and good tiger cod in hot pot.  The soya-source tiger prawns (HKD 80 each) was good but it can be better with more source.

Price range: $$$$$
