As you know (if you cook), sweet & sour pork is one the simple dish that's hard to make perfect!  After watching so many episodes of Iron Chef with 陳 as the competitor, been looking forward to TASTE his POWER!

OK, after a bite of the pork, I felt great disappointment!  The meat is good, source is great, but the skin of the pork is not crispy and the source is too thick (too much corn starch)!  Soup is wanton soup and the so call Chinese pastry is Beef Siu-Mi!  Don't even want to try the desert!  Most importantly, there's only SIX pieces of pork!!!

STILL FEEL SO HUNGARY!  Need to order American breakfast for tomorrow morning!
