Beef tartare, roasted pinenut & tete de moine curls, potato gaufrette.
CAD 17, Foie de canard ‘Villa Lorraine’
Foie gras terrine with Kriek granita. Truffled brioche French toast.
It's SO OILY yet we all LOVED it!

White wine butter cooked mussels, braised celery and leeks. Coarse black pepper.

shot! You don't want to see the first one as I was caught with quarto
cheek!
CAD 27, Veau Provencal
Seared veal tenderloin, warm crisp green vegetable bocconcini salad, piment
d'espelette vinaigrette, sauteed fingerling potatoes.
CAD 29, Steak Bourguignon
Grilled AAA ribeye steak, pommes frites, roasted king oyster mushrooms, fried
shallots, Bourguignon sauce.
Best piece of steak during this trip in Vancouver! Even Mabs loved it
(FYI, she's not a beef person)!

Roasted halibut, curried saffron risotto, fresh peashoots & fennel with eggplant
yogurt caviar.

Dark chocolate mocha ganache with sugar dusted beignet, coffee cheesecake, and
Irish coffee gelee.
LOVED the coffee cheesecake! I think I can take half a dozen even with the
full course!
CAD 10, La banane belge
Belgian chocolate mousse with pastry cream, praline streusel & banana bourbon
ice cream.
The chocolate mousse is mine! Another half dozen please!
